When we were in Guatemala, Sean, our old squad leader,
prophesied that our squad would have a spiritual shift in Africa. I had a dream about 4 months ago about
that shift. I knew it would be big
and I knew I would not be in leadership anymore. It got to the point where I would pace across my room, not
knowing what to do but knowing something big was going to happen. It was this stirring inside of me that
I couldn’t shake….. Rhema, I am going
to miss you dearly. I mourn the
separation of our team but I rest in the comfort of our love. I love you with all my heart. You have made me better. You continue to make me better. I love that I look at you and hardly
see a glimpse of the person I met at training camp. I would like to welcome 2nd mile. Discovering uncharted territory, living
with new people who will pull new things out of each other. Our leader is Kelsi Dawe, formerly of
180, Sydnee Mela, formerly of New Song, Tyson Payne, formerly of Logos, and
Will Jung, formerly of Rev 217.
Here’s to our 2nd mile!
