Hello from Greece!

I had no idea I would end up here this year, but here I am lying on the floor of a children’s ministry room in Thessaloniki, Greece.

After leaving debrief in Bucharest we took a train to our ministry site Draganesti-Olt, Romania. There, we met our amazing contact, Raul, at Hope Church.

Raul has the most amazing heart for missions in Romania and the Balkans, as well as international missions…which is where we come in.

Hope Church is working to establish partnerships and contacts in Thessaloniki, so we are here to aid in those efforts. We are the first World Race squad to travel to Greece for ministry, so we are pioneering opportunities for future World Racers to work for a month here with Hope Church.

We have two off days to explore and get to know the city, and then we will hit the ground running in assisting Raul with building relationships with churches here in Thessaloniki.

I am so excited to see what God will do this week and what doors he will open for future ministry. It’s going to be a great week and an even better month!
