When training camp was over I came home with a long list of gear that either didn’t work, or I simply didn’t have. But my thought was “Alright, I have a month and I have a job so let’s just get this done”. Wrong.

Once arriving home, I was informed that my job would no longer be giving me hours since my time in the states is running out pretty fast. I have to admit that my initial reaction wasn’t the best. I mean, how else do you respond to basically being fired for going on a mission trip? First glance it’s pretty unfair, right?

I spent most of the day asking God, “Why are you letting this happen? You know how much I need this job and I need the money.” I was putting God in another one of those little boxes that they tried so hard to get me to stop doing at camp not even 3 days ago..

So I sat down and took in a deep breath. And I took God out of that little box.

He asked me, “Anna, what are you going to do with your situation?” You can be upset and pout about it or you can put action to your own words that say “I trust you, God”.

So here’s to trust.

I have a multitude of things to get before launch as well as another $2,andsomething to raise by the 17th. Yes that’s right, the 17th.

But the crazy part is, I know I can do it. Because God doesn’t make promises just to let you down. When you take him out of the box, He’ll blow your mind with what He’s capable of doing.

All this being said, I could use your help! If you’d like to donate, the support link is at the top. If you’d like to give toward my gear fund, please message me personally. If you don’t want to do either, that’s ok! But I need a lot of prayer these next few weeks. Like, a lot. So please remember me while you’re talking to Jesus 🙂

Thank you all for your support. The fact that I’ve come this far in this journey is unbelievable. I never thought I’d make it this far. So thank you all so much for everything. You really have no idea the impact it’s had on me.

Love,

Anna <3
