God is still showing up in Kenya! We are still going to secondary schools (high school) in the afternoons. Over 30 students this week asked Jesus in their hearts, recommitted and were encouraged by the word of God. I can�ft believe God is using me for this, Im so blessed! Its such a joy seeing young people hungry for God. After we talk to the students we get to talk one on one with them about anything and everything. We are noticing that these kids need discipleship and are hungry for it. There is a saying is Africa~ Christianity is miles wide but only an inch deep. We are seeing first hand just how sadly true this is. These kids need committed men and women to disciple them. They need to see first hand what a true woman and man of God is. They are hungry for this!
We were blessed with two opportunities this week to visit New Life Home Trust. This is a Christian children�fs home here in Kenya. The Kisumu branch has the only Special – Care Center. This is where God guided my foot steps both times. I fell in love with these precious children. The oldest is almost 7. All the workers in this children�fs home are amazing and they love what they do. You can tell this is a ministry to them – its not just a job. All the children here are being well taking care of.
