So after about two days and about 40 hours of travel, we are overcoming the jet-lag and getting settled into our home for this month, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
Also, I have a new team to take on Asia with! Meet team Parkour! We decided on the name Parkour because we want to overcome obstacles for the Kingdom. We want to break down walls and always choose to faith over fear. There’s no doubt that this team will be full of laughter, adventure and pure joy.
Our ministry this month looks different than anything I did in Central America. This month my team is doing “Unsung Heroes”. Unsung Heroes is where my team doesn’t have a ministry host we are helping with. Rather, we try to find other Christian ministries in the area that the World Race can partner up with and then send teams to in the future. However, because the main religion in Malaysia is Islam and it’s illegal to convert anyone here, we have to be careful not to be too public with our mission. With that being said, if you have any ministry contacts around the Kuala Lumpur (the capital) area, feel free to email or Facebook message those contacts to me. That would be a huge help!
