For the last 3 years I have made a sort of declaration to what I want the year to be about. I thought I would
share what I wrote for 2013
A Declaration made to 2013.
2013 is about life and living it. It is about finding myself resting in the freedom of Christ. It is about finding my life build on abundant grace. It is about pressing into God, to know Him more then I ever have before.
2013 is about being fully alive, about passion, about love and about grace and compassion. Its is about finding Jesus in the least of these around the world. It is about adventure and the courage to overcome fears. It is about finding out who I truly am and who Christ created me to be. It is about laying down my cross daily to follow Him. To the most beautiful life I could possibly live; full of hard, broken, emotion, redemption, and change.
2013 is about finding my worth as the daughter of a King.
2013 is about being real, raw and being all in; about going for broke for Jesus. 2013 is about the gospel and sharing it with as many people as possible including myself every day.
2013 is about Jesus flexing His muscles for His glory though me. It is about finding Grace and truth, Choosing Joy, and servant hood. It is about being here now.
2013 is about Jesus being Jesus.
So as I set of on this tale full of adventure and Jesus I want to send my final blessing to the home front.
May this year be grand and full of deep and rich times. May you know that it is with deep gratitude that I leave, I know that you are the people that really made this dream happen. My heart is full I have the best friends and family that I could ever ask for. May you fall into the abisk of joy and find your self more in love with Jesus then you ever have this year. Know that I am praying for you at home. May you know that Jesus dreams come true that is something that I strongly believe in now.
