Help send me to be God’s hands and feet
Dear Reader,
Fully coming to Christ didn’t happen for me until the summer between my junior and senior year of high school. At church camp that summer I was saved one night and Blessed with the Holy Spirit the next. Ever since then my heart and my life have been forever changed, my heart for ministry and missions work continues to get stronger every day. I have a heart for every person in the world whether I know them or not and I aim to help change the world one person one family one community at a time.
Going on something like the world race honestly at first seemed like a crazy thing to me. I had heard about the world race and even knew friends that were going on it but me go? As much as I had a heart to change the world I always swore up and down I’d never leave the country. Thanks to a persistent God I finally decided to apply and was accepted to go. I will be leaving this July on an 11 month 11 country life changing journey. I will be going through a group based in Georgia called Adventures in Missions or AIM. They will be putting us through a week of training camp in May to help simulate what life will be like while were gone. While gone I will have the opportunity to work with/teach children, build houses, pray for people door to door, and much more. I will be in a group anywhere from 50-80 people and from there we will be split of into teams of 5-7 which is who I will always be with while in the countries. Not only will I be helping to change the world but I will be growing in Christ and having discipleship with a whole group of people that have the same goal.
Through this trip I aim to change the world this life is so much more than just being Andrew Redman from Heath Ohio. Missions work and changing the world has been on my heart for a long time here I am finally getting ready to embark on a journey to do just that. I would rather help save 1,000 people than to lose just one who never heard about the Love of Jesus. God put this on my heart for a reason He chose me for a reason and I refuse to ignore it. In all reality I could see myself at the end of this trip turning into a full time missionary. I don’t want to just skate through life I want to do every single thing I can to glorify the Kingdom of God. Wherever He leads me I will go.
For this trip I do have to raise money in order to go. At the end of the day I will need to have raised $15,500. I would love to be fully funded before I leave but I don’t have to be. The way it breaks down is: I need to raise $ 3,500 two weeks prior to training camp, $6,500 two weeks prior to launch 11,000 at the end of 3 months on the field, and $15,500 at the end of 6 months on the field. I will also need to raise money for the gear I will need to take with me. This might sound like a lot but through God I know with all my heart all the funds will be there. I humbly ask that you prayerfully consider donating to me and even if you can’t donate I ask that you join me in prayer during my preparations for the trip and while I’m gone on the trip.

Through this trip I aim to change the world and through God I can do just that. Any support you can give whether it be money or prayer will be greatly appreciated. Join me in my walk to help change the world. Sometimes I get nervous or scared about the trip but then I reference my favorite verse: Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. If you ever feel down or that you can’t do something because you’re not good enough remember that verse. Also remember this God equips the called if He’s calling you to something don’t let it slide by He will give you everything you need and will never leave your side through it all.
