Getting off the plane in Atlanta for training I was immediately hit with a wave of doubt. Is God really guiding my steps? Why am I leaving my current life behind (which I really enjoy)? I was soon met by a group of 150 other World Racers who are all following the same “whisper” that I am. Searching for something more, more than the American Dream. Something that lives within all of us I am now more than half way through training and am 150% sure that I am in exactly the right place. What I have been learning over the past few days is confirmation for what God has put in my heart over the past year. A desire to break outside the church walls and the typical American idea of what church is. Church is a body of people living in community DOING God’s will. God wants freedom for ALL and relationship with ALL, which means I first need to be living in freedom and not just speaking to God, but listening.
