As I lay under the stars, with clouds moving in, I am reminded of God’s unending love. His unfathomable, unconditional love. While the clouds cover the stars, our sins can begin to cover us. However, this doesn’t have to be permenant. Even if the clouds hinder those beautiful stars for a moment, don’t the stars continue to shine just as bright? The Lord, our God, wants our light to shine too! He doesn’t want our light to be hidden by our clouds. Just as the clouds do not hinder the brightly lit sky for long, our sins and past experiences do not have to define us.
