I AM HOME!! Like right now…
I landed back in the States last Tuesday, November 24th, at 11 am and within a few more hours I was landing in Minnesota! I was able to surprise my younger two siblings first and then they helped me surprise my Dad. Since then I have seen family over the holiday weekend and friends randomly around town with equal levels of excitement. It has been such a joy filled week.
So after a few days of rest and reflection I am now ready to get back out in the world and socialize again (haha!). There have been a few people who have shown interest in getting together to hear about my year and also so I can also hear about yours! If that is you, please email me at [email protected]! I would love to grab coffee and swap stories from 2015!
My family is also throwing me a welcome home party December 12th. If you are interested in coming to hear me talk for a bit and have time for me to answer any of your questions, please send me an email as well and I can give you those details!
I don’t have much more to say besides this was one of the hardest, most challenging, wonderful, amazing year of my life. I am transitioning back well and excited to see what life in the States holds for the future. Make sure you check out the surprise video below 🙂
