Here are some fun facts for you about me!
I am 25 years old, single, and taking full advantage of it. Because this is my assignment and calling for this season of my life (1 Cor. 7). I am grateful I have this time to be fully committed and focused on advancing God’s Kingdom.
I grew up in Arkansas, but I lived for 7 years in Springfield, MO for college. I claim both as my homes 🙂
Baby of the family. Have an amazing sister and the best parents and family in the world.
Called into ministry as a child, specifically to missions as a teenager.
I followed that calling to Central Bible College where I obtained a B.A. in Global Missions. I finished up my education at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary with a M.A. in Counseling.
My life has been an adventure: full of surprises, detours, and twists in the roads. I don’t know what my future holds, but I know who is in control and leading my every step. I trust God completely. . (Proverbs 3:5-6)
I want Jesus to continue to make me more like him. Though the process is often painful and not what I expected, it’s always worth it in the end.
I have learned God’s ways are almost always not my way or how I think it should be done. In fact, his kingdom works opposite of the way I think. But his ways are always better, even if I can’t see it in the moment.
I’ll take God’s joy and peace, even if it requires sacrifice on my part, over all the riches and comfort of this world. To know God, to experience his love, to fulfill the plans he designed me for, and to share his love with the world- this is what it means to live life to the full.
