It’s hard to believe that our time in India is coming to an end. I have learned so much here and am so thankful that God brought our team here. Everyone we’ve met at Gems has been so welcoming and full of faith, it’s helped me to reexamine the things that are important in my own life.
We helped out with another assembly at the elementary school and got to wear our saree’s. It was so much fun and the kids seemed really into our songs this time and it made it all worthwhile watching them sing along and get into it! We also got to stop by the Polio home and a girls home to give short messages.
Last night was so much fun and probably one of my favorite nights on the race so far! We went to Rajesh’s (our contact here) house and his wife taught us how to make some of our favorite Indian food. It was great food and great company and it was so much fun! We will miss Rajesh and his family!
