This past week I went to the doctors to get a check up and find out what I needed to do before heading off for the World Race. After sharing the story with my new doctor I had just met for the first time, he wanted to help me and offered to pay for one of the vaccines I need!!!!!! Also he said he would would speak with my insurance company to get the best deal for my malaria pills that are quite expensive.
I was so shocked as it’s not typical for doctors to offer to pay out of their own pocket and negotiate for me. God has been surprising me everyday with the way he is making the funds come together and how people who I barley know are going above and beyond to help me.
Again thank you guys for your support! Everyday I am closer to beginning the journey the Lord has called me to. =) It’s little things like these that make this fundraising journey fun.
