As I lay on the floor of the airport for the next five hours I thought I would let you all know what has been going on! Four days ago I said goodbye to my friends and family. The weeks and days leading up to this day had many tears of sadness and tears of joy arise. As I got on the plane to fly to Atlanta for four days of trainings, meetings, teachings, prayer and worship, tears streamed down my face as I looked out the window at the beautiful state of Colorado I call home. These tears were tears of joy, sadness, and yet excitement. There were so many emotions going on inside of me I had no words to express them, but the tears running down my face said and expressed it all. As I landed in Atlanta with one of my other squad mates, Claire, we ventured over to the shuttles through the airport with our over sized bags and overwhelming hearts, then peace that surpasses all understanding washed over me. I felt as if I was right where I was supposed to be. The stirring and restlessness that was going on inside of me for the last two weeks evaporated into thin air before the shuttle arrived to pick us up. The first day I was here there were lots of training for the team leaders, treasurers, and my specific squad mates that were picked for logistics and different ministries. We all awaited for the rest of our squad to join us in excitement and teachings and worship together! As our iSquad started showing up to the hotel the readiness to go got stronger and stronger! Team Galilee was back together again. We got to hear each other’s hearts and the ways we grew over the last six weeks of being apart. There was something so beautiful that was happening in each conversation, prayer, mealtime, and much more. We were being reminded of how God unified, knitted and twined us together for this trip. Team Galilee has many individuals that have a lot to offer at the table of “always more” but together we have more to offer. There is always more love, always more rest, always more comfort, always more to give and always more ways to show that the One who is worthy sees us worthy when we believe He is worthy of our lives. These are the things He wants us to always give more of as we enter into Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Macedonia together.

To all my prayer warriors, and supporters I ask that you cover team Galilee in these things and that each one of us tune into the Lord’s voice each day to hear Him more clearly than ever before. Also to be praying for our ministry host in Serbia who awaits our arrival and services we have to offer to her this month. If you want to know who Team Galilee is please check out the left side bar to read or follow their blogs. Love and miss you all!
