This past week, we went out for door-to-door ministry and we were approached by a man who wanted us to pray for his wife, Irene. For the past two weeks, she had been suffering from pain in her right hip. So much pain that she was unable to stand, walk, work, or sleep. The pain came from childbirth. The baby was too big and didn’t survive. We saw the pain on her face and can only imagine the pain in her heart. We began to pray for healing and moments later she was on her feet. She had a smile on her face, and she was moving her leg around.
Healed!It happened so fast!!
We have been going out and praying for people every day, but I have never seen anything like this! Our faith has been tested. We have had to ask ourselves, are we willing to fight for these people? Do we believe God can heal? Why doesn’t he heal everyone when we pray? Is our faith weak?
We went back to see her yesterday. She was outside
working and told us that she even walked to church that morning! She has recommitted
her life to serving God and it was so great to see the smile on her face.

Our faith has been strengthened. God has been doing big things in us, and I can’t wait to see what else he will do.
