Hey everyone!
My name is Amy LaFleur, and I am 26 years old. I was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana and graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Information Management. (Go Ragin’ Cajuns!!) I am an RHIA and currently manage an Ear, Nose and Throat practice in Lafayette.
I have decided to take a break from my career to follow the Lord and work on my relationship with Him. I am extremely excited for these 11 months of mission work ahead. I look forward to growing closer to God and helping to spread his word around 11 different countries. Please pray for myself, my teammates, and the people of Malaysia, Cambodia, the Philippines, Thailand, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Ukraine, Romania, Albania, and Greece that we will be working with.

I have one brother and the cutest little girl that I get to call my niece!
I have some pretty cool friends.
My mom is my rock and my best friend.
I love playing and watching sports of any kind.
I love riding my bike!
I love animals but am also highly allergic to most dogs and cats.
I love, love, love traveling and experiencing new cultures.
I have had the strongest desire to move to San Diego since college and will NOT give up on that dream after returning from the race.
I enjoy doing anything adventurous and being outside. Oo and fishing!!
I love the fall and the cooler weather it brings. (Sometimes.. eh Louisiana)
I love music and going to concerts and festivals.
I love Jesus and his unconditional love for me!
