1) 2 week journey in Thailand with 2 orphanages – Will decide from trip which one to
serve under.
2) Move to Thailand in the Fall of 2012 for 6 months to be mentored and learn how
to start an orphanage
3) Bring back to the States to implement.

I would like to open up a home for children who are rescued from the Human Trafficking Industry in AMERICA. My desire is to create a safe, loving family environment where love, healing, restoration and discipleship are at the core. A place where hope is restored to the hopeless and love to the "unlovables"/forgetables: "To bestow upon them a crown of beauty instead of ahses, the oil of joy instead of mourning…" Isaiah 61:3
Since being home, God has been moving. From reading books on street children to researching Human Trafficking, excitement has RAGED deep within. The more I would share this dream with others, the more of a reality it was becoming. On top of that, my buddy Jared who is on board with the dream, was beginning to solidify things. For instance, the name of our home to moving forward with a website. REality Check, Please!
My gals in Georgia
A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to attend a Conference in Georgia called Searchlight with The Kingdom Dreams Team from Adveture In Missions. This was a time of exploration via a multitude of different sessions, networking, coaches to process with, worship, and an incredible community of Alumni Racers to come alongside, with hopes of propelling us forward into obtaining our God given dreams. We, Jared and I, came into this Conference with the plans of starting the home up as soon as possible, but God had different plans…
The main theme of the week that kept resounding in my thoughts was "Go serve someone else's dream. Learn what and what not to do from someone who is already doing it (your dream that is) Just move. Be in motion and not stagnet.!" Ok, this sounds great because although my heart bEAts for Restoration of those trafficked and orphanages…I HAVE NO CLUE how to do any of this. In retrospect, all I have is bundles and bundles of LOVE, but let's be real–that will not get me very far.
The reality is, however, that no one in America has the kind of home that I aspire to have. Trust me, I checked. As I began praying and brainstorming all these countries came to mind where I have seen first hand this particular type of home: Guatemala, Haiti, Uganda, Romania, and Thailand. As I went from coach to coach looking for guidance, I obtained an overwhelming "Why not? It's perfect. Just do it."
Village In Northern Thailand…
Through a series of visions, words, and confirmations through other WR alumni who were present, Chang Mai, Thailand was placed at the forefront. On November 26th through December 13th, a few of us WR alumni will be venturing out to Chang Mai, Thailand for a VISION TRIP. My goal is to serve alongside and investigate a handful of different ministries upon which I will choose one to serve under for 6 months in the fall of 2012. My goal is to be mentored, obtain wisdom, and learn the ins and outs of an orphanage so I can bring this knowledge back stateside. Two in particular that I am moving towards are called the OutPourMOvement

This is where YOUR PART comes into the greater story. In order to gain more knowledge about orphanages, I must GO and SERVE under someone in order to GLEAN WISDOM, be mentored from them. It is going to take money. The question is…will you continue to be a part of this greater story of impacting lives around the world through your support? I am not a one man show.
