We are still spending our time getting to know the boys at the Children’s Garden and I am enjoying it so much.

The other day we played the game where you are in two teams and each team sends someone up to sit on their side of the blanket.
When the blanket drops whoever says the name of the person sitting on the other side first wins.

When it was my turn, the blanket dropped and there sat Jude. He shouted out my name before I could even begin to say his. I can’t even tell you how willing I was to lose that round for my team. I was just so excited that he actually knew my name.

I know for a fact the day before he didn’t know it because he had one of the other boys ask me what it was. But that day he knew my name.

It’s just another small victory but I will take every one of them.

Jude still isn’t really talkative. But, he does make a point to find me and say hello when we get there and to say goodbye before we leave.

My heart is overflowing with love for this handsome, young man of God.
I don’t think he will ever know how much it means to me that he knows my name.
