This afternoon I received a card that read the following…
May You Be Blessed as You Serve the Lord.
A man (woman 😉 is blessed when he has-
PRAISE in his spirit,
PEACE in his soul,
PURPOSE in his work,
PRAYER in his heart,
PURITY in his character,
PASSION in his calling.
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may his face shine upon you and be gracious to you.
Numbers 6:24, 25 NIV
May the rich blessings of the Lord be upon your life and ministry.
I cannot get over the power and perfection of those words, and how much I needed to hear them. Tucked inside were several rather large bills, but more valuable than money is the friendship of the givers. Constantly in awe of the Lord’s provision as I prepare for this journey, I am truly overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support given to me by my friends and family during this time.
