"Those who were not my people I will call 'my people,'
and her who was not beloved I will call 'beloved.'"
Romans9:25, Hosea 2:23

God's love has been so evident to me this month. He is continually revealing His love in the little things and He has been teaching me how to listen to His voice always, even in the mundane.

His love is evident in kisses from Juancito.

His love is evident when google translate allows you to share testimonies with each other.

(Juan Carlos, Gaby, Me and Julia)

His love is evident when Melvin climbs into your lap.

(Sage and Melvin)

His love is evident when the Tia's make the most amazing food for us always, without ever complaining about the hassle of feeding extra people.

(Tia Blanci)

His love is evident when Abby's mom treats us to dinner.

(Me, Sage and Stephanie at Chile's)

His love is evident when birthday parties turn sentimental and people openly declare what they love about each other.

(Bob cutting Javier's birthday cake)

His love is evident when someone rents out the bowling alley so the kids can bowl and eat pizza for a night.

(Rosa Violetta, me and Julia at the bowling alley)

His love is evident when your team mates check your head for lice without complaining.

(Sage being the nicest checking my hair)

His love is evident when you somehow are given the ability to still desire to shower kids with hugs and kisses and cuddle with them when you can visibly see bugs crawling on their heads.

(Lice party!)

His love is evident when, despite all the odds, no one on your team gets lice.

(Me, Sage, Stephanie, Mary B, Shawna and Abby)

His love is evident in the blessing of an English speaking church (and the ability to play on the tree house there).

(Abby, Stephanie, me, Mary B, Sage, Diana, and Shawna)

His love is evident watching the Lord use Bob, the owner of the orphanage, to pour out love on the kids.

(Bob helping little Melvin bowl)

His love is evident in hugs from Ceci.

(Abby and Ceci)

His love is evident when we get the opportunity to play and goof off with the kids.

(Rosita and Stephanie)

His love is evident when I hear the children yelling "Amanda!" all over the house.

His love is evident in the almost daily thunder storms that visually display his power across the sky.

His love is evident in the intimate, personal words that He whispers to me daily.

His love is evident when He calls me by name, a name that is uniquely mine.

His love is evident when, despite the ugly sin in my life and the numerous times that I mess up, He rains His grace down on me.

"Where sin increased, grace abounded all the more."
Romans 5:20

I don't deserve these visible signs of His love. I don't deserve His love at all. Yet He still desires to reveal it to me. He has bestowed His love on me and nothing can separate me from it. I was created for this.

"I will betroth you to me forever. I will betroth you to me in righteousness and in justice, in steadfast love and in mercy."
Hosea 2:19

He has compelled me to Himself because of His love. He is creating me into a new creation. This metamorphosis of putting off my old self and stepping into who He has called me to be is painful, but absolutely beautiful.

"Remember not the former things,
nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I am doing a new thing"
Isaiah 43:18-19
