Our journey began in the city of Quito, Ecuador where we met as a squad to prepare for the year ahead. 54 of us gathered in various hostels and came together each day to join in worship, study, and prayer for the Lord's will to be done in and through us this next year.
We were given a challenge to make a video about what it looks like to change the world, and this is what my team created.
As you watch this video, I want to personally challenge you to think about what changing the world looks like in your life. You may not have the opportunity to travel the world or even support someone first hand (although if you're looking I can help you out with that), but no matter where we are or what we are doing, we are all given an opportunity to make a difference in someone else's life. So many times we think we are inadequate, insufficient, or simply unworthy of the task, but the truth is we have all been called to greatness in this life. No matter how small or big it may seem, every new day is an opportunity and a challenge to step up and make a difference to change this world. What will you do with it?
"I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He (YOU) will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it!" John 14:12-14
