Even though the official launch isn’t until Sunday I’ve already started my first leg of the journey. After a red-eye flight to Charlotte, NC and a 4 hour lay-over in white rocking chairs, and another 2 hour flight to Ft. Lauderdale, I met up with my teammate Sammie and a friend of hers who gave me a ride to my hostel. I spent the better part of the afternoon with them and got to play a little in the Atlantic….I had never set foot in it before. I had a nap, went for a walk and got fed pizza from the staff at Ohana Hostel, so far I’m a big fan of this hostel, very clean and very nice.
Anyway I just wanted to say that I made it here and I’m very excited to meet up with everyone else!!!
