We are finally on our way! Well, not quite yet, but we will be soon.
On Monday we flew to Atlanta and met up with some of the other WR people. We flew from Grand Rapids to Baltimore and then from Baltimore to Atlanta and we ended up with other WR people on both of our flights! We got to the Atlanta airport at around 10am and then we hung out until 4 when we got picked up.
We are currently at the AIM headquarters building in Gainsville, but we are changing locations this afternoon. We were spared from having to sleep outside in tents last night because some huge rainstorms were planning to come through the area. So, we all slept inside among all of the offices in the building. I am very thankful that we were inside because it stormed all night long!
Looking forward to our next location. We are going to stay in a small Hispanic community in Gainsville and we will have $6 per person per day for food, so it should be interesting.
