Well, hi there!!
I am Amanda, if you didn't already figure that out. I am 20 years old and live in the small, but wonderful state of North Dakota! I just want to share with you a little about me… so here goes!
I was raised in a Christian home, went to Sunday school, sat on mom's lap in church, and sang all the hymns that I could memorize. I have always been the really outgoing "child" in my house. I have an older brother, who I claim as my best friend. My mother is a close second- I tell her EVERYTHING. My dad and I have had a rough relationship, but he is often quiet, and sometimes hard to read. In the last few years, however, we have grown in our relationship and are able to have pretty decent conversations. I wouldn't trade my family for the world.
I was adopted when I was 9 months old (the day before Matt's 8th birthday). He took me to show and tell! I also recently started the search for my birth mother. It was a closed adoption so it's a bit overwhelming, but I do plan on proceeding with this process in the future.
Growing up, I was into all kinds of sports. I played soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, baseball, swimming, track, wrestling, and even took some tennis lessons. I also LOVED and still do quite enjoy music. I play guitar, sing, beat box, and sometimes try to play the drums. My life revolves around God, my family, my friends, and my jobs. I have the greatest of all the categories!
I am most definitely not a shy person! I love to eat and sleep. Photography is one of my passions. And tattoos are super cool in my book! The Father, Son and Holy Spirit are my #1 and my family is my #2. I would do anything to make the name of God known!
