It's about that time again. The time where I set aside up my pride, humbling myself to ask for help.
I have been on the Race, traveling on the field for about five months now. I have been eaten alive by mosquitoes, mixed an unimaginable amount of cement, laugh, cried, and learned to use a squatty potty. But I don't want to be anywhere else.
So first, I want to say THANK YOU! You guys have been so incredibly supportive, encouraging and loving me from afar. Your kind words and prayers keep me going. The financial support has blown my mind, and I wouldn't be here today without you all.
In the past four and a half months, God had moved in my heart. He is constantly challenging and changing me, and the World Race is surrounding me with people who do the same. I have seen the face of a person who has become broken, and my heart has broken. I have seen needs and been given time and resources to meet them. But all of this work is not done alone.
By partnering with me, you have healed the broken, you have helped build a church in a Nicaraguan village, you have loved on children who have been abandoned by their parents. You are serving all around the world.
I am writing this blog to ask for your continued support. My final financial deadline is fast approaching. In order for me to remain on the Race and finish out the 11 months I have committed to, I must reach my deadline of $16,300 by July 1st. As of now, I am $2,600 shy of this goal.
My desire is to continue on this journey. To see it to the very end. Please consider supporting me by giving to this trip. Amazing work is being done and it wouldn't be possible without you!
If you would like to give, you can do so by clicking the SUPPORT ME link on the left side and top of this page.
Again, thank you for your continued support and prayers. It truly means the world.
