I'm in Bolivia, on a hunt for treasure!
This month my team is doing ATL and Unsung Heroes. Yeah I'm sure you have no clue what either of these are. When I first heard of ATL I thought that meant I didn't make the cut and they are sending us back to the Atlanta Georgia airport. And when I heard of Unsung Hero's I just figured that some hero's have some problems singing. I was a little off base. Now that I've been in La Paz Bolivia for a couple days I'm figuring more of it out.
ATL means to Ask The Lord. This means my team has no ministry contacts, no assigned place to stay, and not told what to do. So all we do is ask The Lord what we should do all month! This could mean so many different things! I will keep you updated on where God takes us!
The Unsung Hero Campaign is AIM's way of trying to find people who are working with the poorest of poor and go unnoticed and unrecognized. These are the unsung hero's. We want to sing their song. To honor them by telling their stories. We also want to become a possible partner with them so future World Racer's can serve them.
That's just a short briefing on what's happening this month. But my team would love your resources! If you know of anyone in Bolivia or someone who knows someone please let me know! Help us find the Unsung Heroes!!!!!!!!!!
