Imagine yourself lying on a bed for three months. You are unable to get around because you must keep your leg straight at all times. Now picture that bed in a small 20’ by 20’ room occupied by seven other people. Then to add to your bed ridden “ease”, a pigpen is located directly behind the wall your bed leans up against.
I’ve introduced you to Joseph’s life. He is the father of 6 children, all of whom either sleep in his bed or in the other small bed along the opposite wall (only 3 feet away). Golly, even a turtle can be found under the covers!

A little over three years ago Joseph was hit by a train, causing severe damage to his body! Among other problems, his scull was split wide open.
By the grace of God Joseph was miraculously healed through the prayers of Zombor and a YWAM team. Joseph had experienced amazing healing by God, he’d heard the gospel and understood the love of God. But after all that Joseph still went on living his life for himself. He did not surrender to the Lord of Lords. But God was not done wooing him!
Three years go by, and in August, of this year, Joseph gets hit again. This time it was by a car! This time his injuries included a broken femur bone. Prayers were once again lifted on his behalf. The family is poor and could not purchase all the necessary medical care, but Gods power was again displayed as Joseph’s health condition began to improve! This time, God had Joseph’s attention! Humbled and broken Joseph fell into the open arms of his savior, Jesus Christ!

As I’ve already described, Joseph and his family live in a tiny little house and have many mouths to feed. There’s no heating, electric, cable, or cell phone bill to pay. They live as simple as ya can. Yet, with two more months of healing to go, until Joseph can walk on his leg, the family is finding it difficult to buy food.
God was laying this family on my heart as we visited and I felt led to bless them financially. Thank you to all my supporters and givers for your contribution in helping this family and the many others we have been blessing this month! You know who you are, and I want you to know your donations brought tears to this dear man’s eyes as he expressed his gratitude and heart felt thanks!
Please pray for this family, they are our family in Christ. Currently Josephs youngest baby is in the hospital with heavy breathing.
