I have been in the Dominican Republic for almost two weeks now and I have been loving it!
My team, Dunamis, has been working with the church Fuentes de Luz, in San Juan. We have been getting to know people in the community and sharing God’s love with them. The people here are wonderful, they are super friendly and welcoming. Everytime we go to a house they invite us all inside to sit down and talk. Fuentes de Luz is a very lively church! They like to dance around and yell a lot. They are also crazy about dramas and have been teaching some to us to perform for the church. They get really into them too, they even choreograph fight sceens! Next week we are doing a vacation bible school with the kids.
I can’t wait to find out what’s going to happen next!

The coffee here is the absolute best I have ever had, I don’t know what they do to it but I love it!
