Hey Everyone,
This is my first official blog post for The World Race! Woo Hoo!
I’ve know since January that I was going to take this journey and travel South America for 11 months, but until this past week it didn’t really feel like a reality. In so many ways it’s soooo exciting, but it also can be very overwhelming. There’s a lot to get done in order to get ready for this adventure and my mind often starts racing through the list of all of those unfinished items. However, in a way it’s been a blessing because it’s forced me to rely on and trust in God even more. It’s easy to forget why I’m doing this in the first place.
I’m doing this not only because it truly feels right with my soul, but also because I want to figure out what I’m passionate about in life. I want to see what purpose God has for me in his Kingdom. And the best way I know to do that is to take a risk and dare greatly.
So yes, this is really happening!
