Things
are moving right along. We have made our
way to El Salvador month 10 and country 11.
It is amazing how fast the time goes.
Even though the end is in sight the Lord has not been slowing down. He has still been using this time to teach me
incredible things. I am also loving El
Salvador the people are fabulous, the country is beautiful, our contacts are
great, the food is good, and the towns are so cute.
This
past week has flown by. We spent the
start of the week learning a few dramas. I have not done dramas on the Race
yet. I wasn’t super excited but recently
I have been learning what it looks like to be humble so this was an opportunity
to let go of my desires and do what was set before me. It really wasn’t bad and I must say and I
even had fun. After a night of doing a
drama in the park our contacts really enjoyed it and got us set up to perform
the next night in a church of a few thousand.
We went straight to the big time with our skit and were even on live TV. I just had to laugh.
Please keep my mom in your prayers
I found out yesterday she broke her foot in a fall. She is doing well but prayers for quick
recovery. Praise the Lord she doesn’t
need surgery! Also, please start praying
for my transition back into the States about 1 ½ months left.
