Sometimes I like to pretend that I am a princess and I live in a castle with a really sweet mote around it…with alligators in it. I mean the Lord says that we are his children and if I am his child and he is a king then I must be a princess…right?

“And I will give you the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you forbid on earth will be forbiden in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will be permitted in heaven.” Matthew 16:19

Jesus gave me authority when he adopted me as his daughter in his Kingdom! I am to have a heavenly mindsite, I am to see what is bound up there and then bind it down here. Whatever is free in heaven needs to be released to function on earth. “We are to be a gateway people for the free flow of heavenly realities into this planet.” What does this mean? It means that human impossibilities are not impossible in the Kingdom and it means that we are to bring heaven to earth. I’m talking about wonders and miracles. They aren’t just for the “bible times”.

“Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you.” 1 Corinthians 3:16

If the spirit of God lives in me then I carry the authority to heal the sick, to cast out demons, to see supernaturally into people’s lives, etc. I know it sounds crazy but I believe this. “Tradition isn’t necassarily an evil thing; it’s just usually yesterday’s word. The Bible says faith comes from hearing-not from having heard.” Why is it that so many “christians” read the Bible but say “but that was then, miracles don’t happen any more.” Why do you think miracles don’t happen as often as they did in the “bible times”? It’s not because they can’t happen, it’s because our lack of faith is keeping them from happening. Jesus says that he has given us the keys to the Kingdom! Do you understand what the means? I’m not even sure that I fully do.

Think about how many more people would accept the love of Christ if we actually preformed miracles and wonders (let the Holy Spirit work through us) instead of just talking about them. What if we actually believed what we preached, what if we let our faith guide us? Truth is good, biblical knowledge is good BUT my God raised from the dead. He is a living God and he dwells inside of me. Truth only goes so far and then there’s the Spirit. I’m talking about letting the Spirit guide you. I’m not knocking biblical truths but even some of the greatest theologians in history have done nothing to further the Kingdom of God and if we aren’t furthering the Kingdom then what are we doing? What if we stopped throwing truths at people and starting using the keys of the Kingdom to see into people’s lives and ministry to them from there. Let me reiterate, truth is not bad but it only goes so far. People aren’t coming to the Lord because of some good words that they heard from a book. People are coming to the Lord because they have FELT his grace and love, he has collided with their lives. They have experienced a beautiful collision that is unlike anything they have ever experienced.

I am a princess in his Kingdom and I plan to use the authority that he has given me to bring heaven to earth.

Heaven invading earth!
