This month, our team is staying in Cape Town with an American family who are missionaries in this area. Andy and Leigh moved here about 7 months ago with their 15-month-old daughter Norah. They live in a house just outside the city, and they primarily work with kids and teenagers from the townships in the area. Townships are slums that are scattered throughout Cape Town. Driving down the road, to the left there might be mansions and to the left there could be a township. Right now, Andy and Leigh are working with an organization called Africa Jam, which is helping them to become familiar with the needs of the community. This family is on fire for God. They have a heart and a passion for the people living in the townships. We will learn a lot about relational ministry this month! It is definitely a blessing just to be living and working with American contacts!
