God is captivated by us, His children. He loves us with a capacity that is outside of our understanding. He created each one of us with a unique personality, and He finds us all to be absolutely beautiful. We are all God’s favorite.
Wow. The creator of the universe…He is captivated by ME! That thought almost takes my breath away. There are no conditions to this kind of love. No matter what I do, I cannot be abandoned by God. That is probably the most empowering statement I could ever think of…There is nothing I can do to lose God’s love.
I am writing about this because it cannot be a secret. It is my job to pass on the truth about God’s love for mankind. That is my purpose for the next year, and really for the rest of my life, simply to live in a way that says “God loves you!!”. I can share this knowledge in many ways, but the most effective one will be to practice unconditional love with every single person I ever encounter. I strive to live my life so that God will shine through, and I believe that unconditional love will make me truly transparent.
God thinks YOU are beautiful, and He is hopelessly captivated by every second of your life. I hope this realization has made you feel as empowered as it has me. It has changed the way that I think about myself. If I am God’s favorite, it is not true that I am not good enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough. God is going to work through me to reach people throughout my lifetime, and that gives me the confidence I need to speak life over myself instead of death.
