I am completely blown away by what God has been teaching me, the new truths He’s been revealing to me, and by the way that He has been moving in my heart.
Training camp was an INTENSE and AMAZING time of teaching, training/preparation, worshiping, bonding, and transformation. I walked away from training camp feeling completely empowered by the Holy Spirit and who I am in Christ (a new creation:2cor5:17)!
As you may or may not know, there is a SQUAD of missionaries that I will be traveling and serving with for the next year. Among that squad, there are 11 teams. Each team is comprised of 5 women and 2 men [or thereabout]. At each ministry location, the squad will break off into the individual teams and go to serve in different forms of ministry. So, my TEAM will be who I will live with and serve closely alongside. That being said, I’d like to introduce you to my team!!! God totally hand-picked each and every one of the people on my team, and during training camp it really showed. We each had a different function- Jeff: strong and thoughtful listener, Tara: humble leader, Mari: big-hearted prayer warrior, Julian: Excited and on fire servant, Bethsaida: compassionate-hearted sister, and Caitlin: eager and light-hearted!
