For starters, I am 18 years old and a proud Colorado native. My current home is Steamboat Springs Colorado, where I live with my crazy, incredible people, Team Super-Tumer (Sorry mom, you can’t get rid of the name). In this family we believe adventure and peanut better leads to a long, happy life.
I love to dance. If there’s music, you will find me dancing. But we are not talking about step up material, my dancing style leans more towards a dad rocking the socks and sandals at a barbecue.
AND speaking of socks and sandals, I believe there is no greater style. I mean come on, cool kids, think about it, it’s perfect.
The sky holds my heart, it absolutely amazes me how something can be so vast, so ever changing, and so beautiful. I believe that Papa really uses his skills to paint and light up the sky for us every day, it is such a beautiful expression of his love and who he is.
I am a firm believer in long meals, drives, and coffee dates. I love being in others presence, and talking about anything and everything under the sun.
Africa, oh Africa. There are no words for what Africa does for my heart every day. I truly believe that my heart lives there amongst the precious souls that have intertwined theirs with mine, and I cannot wait to see how Papa uses the deep love I feel for that place and those people.
A cure to any stressful day is a long run, some Stevie Nicks, and tea.
It’s all about those little moments.
I will forever chose joy.
I love celebration.
So there you go. A little look into who I am. I am in awe of this beautiful, chaotic life that Abba Daddy has poured his love into. There are no words to express my feelings towards this next season of life, and the many more after that. It’s just one, big, completely amazing adventure. I cannot wait to press deeper into The Lord, others, and myself on this journey in order to let love consume every bit of me and to bring the Kingdom to this earth.
