We were all asked to write our expectations…it’s taken me awhile because I really have no idea what to expect…cliche, I know, please forgive me! But I think when you abandon yourself to the plan of God, anything can happen, which makes me really excited! So here’s a few things that I came up with and I will probably be adding more to it in days to come.
I expect…
To love unconditionally
To not know what “today” is
To see how beautiful the Body of Christ is
To make friends for life
To live an adventure
To die to self
To miss home more than I think
To have my heart break with injustice
To be dirty
To take cold showers…on a good day
To taste food no one has heard of
To see poverty like I never have before
To make a difference
To completely depend on the Holy Spirit
To see miracles every day
To wake up each morning not knowing what to expect!
