Things are going great here in Romania. I have poured two concrete floors, helped run a kid’s club (similar to VBS) and been to 13 hours of church in two days. It’s been a whirlwind and I’ll write in more detail on Monday but for now, I need your help!
Every once in a while a ministry opportunity comes up that is outside the tight budget that we have for the world race and just such an opportunity has arisen here in Viile Techii. Our primary goal this month has been to minister to and bless our host family. They don’t have a bathroom at all, but it looks like we’re going to be able to build them one! It’s really exciting. We will build the bathroom walls, floor, and shower, and do the pipe work for them to add a toilet and sink later. All of this work will cost around 1500 lei ($500), but I’m only responsible for one seventh of that ($71). Please pray for this ministry!! I know many of you have so generously supported me, and I cannot thank you enough. I don’t expect any of you to give more because you have already given so much, but I really believe the Lord is calling us to serve this family in this way, so if you feel led to give, you can make checks out to me and give them to my dad and he’ll put them in my account that I can access from here. I will update progress with pictures and such as the work is completed. Please pray no matter what, it’s a big job, and will really bless the family if we can do it right!
