When I truly reflect, it would seem,
Even before the Race, I had a dream.
To capture scenes with a lens and a press
Of a button that would accomplish nothing less,
Than the expression of souls, laughs and joys:
The twirling of girls, the running of boys.

Teams were announced; I had reason to cheer.
A mentor emerged who dismissed all fear.
Johnfrank, videographer extraordinaire!
A man of wisdom and perfectly styled hair.
He said, “Chase the light, and have a blast!”
“Shooting in auto is a thing of the past!”

So began my journey with shutter speed.
My need for design this art did feed.
I snapped and zoomed and cropped and posed,
Cringing when my subject’s eyes were closed.
I beamed before realizing, surely not…
Oh no… I had taken all the same shot.

Frankie to the rescue as he said,
“Try more than just an off-centered head.”
The search began for the unexpected frame;
India has gladly played along with my game.
Here are some shots of noses and hands
All thanks to a guy who knows his brands.

So Frankie, don’t be mad, please don’t bend,
At the mention of your nickname… it’s endearing, my friend!
