Kabale, Uganda.
This month was one I had been waiting and hoping for all year. I love hanging with kids older than twelve and this month I got to do just that. Oh what a joy! The Shepherd Center is a refuge to the boys of Kabale who need stability. All former street kids, these boys now have a roof over their heads, food to eat, school to attend, and a community to live with. It was so fun to share life with them for a few weeks. I only wish I had more time.
