Gods Plans for His People and My Journey
I never dreamed I would be called to a long term mission, but here I am. In June 2010 I will be traveling to 11 different countries in 11 months to serve God and his people in many different ways. I am going to serve, live humbly, live minimally and to be in complete surrender to God’s will. I know some of you may not know me but I ask you still let this speak to your heart. Let’s imagine an adventure that will touch the lives of many across the world.
Have you ever dreamed of traveling to Ireland to meet the locals and see its beauty? Will you chat with the homeless or a man that has lost their faith?
Have you ever pondered traveling to the Ukraine to sit with the poor? Will you offer a smile and a touch?
Have you ever thought you would visit Romania to talk with the Gypsies? Will you learn about their culture and share yours?
Have you ever had the desire to travel to Israel to walk the streets where Jesus walked? Will you touch his people like he did to offer healing and strength?
Have you ever considered traveling to Egypt to see what this ancient world has to offer? Will you bring hope to those in religious bondage?
Have you ever planned to go to Kenya to meet the beautiful people? Will you give your food to those that are starving?
Have you ever had the urge to travel to Uganda to see what it’s all about? Will you teach English or maybe teach about HIV AIDS?
Have you ever prayed that God would lead you to your next destination maybe Tanzania or Ethiopia? WIl you be ready to not know where you will be or what you will do?
Have you ever thought you would walk the streets of Thailand and watch young girls, that have been sold in the sex trade? Will you meet these girls to offer love?
Have you ever envisioned traveling to Cambodia to meet the children? Will you sing, dance and play with them?
Have you ever had the impulse to just go and let God work? Will you let him lead you to your next and last country maybe China or Vietnam?
You may not have a passion for all of these areas. You may just have a heart for adventure. You may have the desire to help the children, women, poor, starving, hurting, helpless, hopeless, and lost of the world. Whatever it may be, God has placed passions in each of our hearts for his people. If you are not able to travel and feel a calling to one of these areas of need please consider supporting me. Not all are called to go but some are called to support those that do. Please continue to keep me in your prayers and follow my adventure.
Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal
gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth--to every nation, tribe, languge and people. Rev 14:6
