Dear B squad,

I love you.

Really, I do. If V Squad had a soulmate, it would be you. Your squad loved my squad hard for two months of our race. Your girls welcomed me into their rooms, their clothes, and their hearts. Your guys loved on our guys during their short time in manistry month together. Dang, I’m just thankful for you all!

Dani, you didn’t not want to be my friend after I threw up in our grab. That’s when I knew we’d be pals.

Lindsey, you’re one of my favorite people that I have met on the World Race. The Awakening would have looked very different for me without you, girly.

Chelsea, thanks for sharing my love of oreos and the chill hits playlist on spotify. You get bonus cool friend points for having a twin sister with my name.

Nettie, your curly hair and your sweet heart make you the ultimate friend to all. I walked away from every interaction with you feeling more loved and encouraged than I did before.

Jess, I’m still amazed at the fact that you’re 28 years old. I loved watching you love on people in Thailand and dance your way through every situation.

Brandi, fellow lifeguard and water lover, keep not washing your hair. I fully support that behavior.

Kelsey, your laugh and joyful attitude was enough to make me crack a smile even on the bluest of days.

If I didn’t mention you by name, you can be sure that you have touched my life and changed my World Race experience in some way.

B Squad, you are special. You are a group of passionate, kind, and loving people with ready hearts and a yes in their spirits for more. I’m a proud friend to all of you and have loved getting to walk with you on this crazy thing we call the race.

You can bet I’ll be following the rest of your World Race journey and praying for you all along the way.

Give ’em heaven, I know you will!

Your biggest cheerleader,

Abby
