antimalarial question

So, has anyone gotten their antimalrial drugs yet?  I don’t have my next appt. for my last shot until mid-December, where I will request a prescription for these suckers, but how much should I actually get and how much is this gonna cost?  My work insurance doesn’t cover me for them and if we need nearly a year’s worth of pills, it will really add up.  I know we have brought this up before, but I still don’t know which ones to get or how much to expect to pay.

Any advice?
