Hey guys, welcome back.
We’re trying to spread the word about the WR through just about as many different ways as possible. Here’s some projects I’ve been working on:
Press Release: Just wrote a release for thousands of media outlets. Blog this. Send it to friends, family, churches, college newspapers, local news stations, radio stations, etc. I can send you a word doc or PDF, too. Facebook – we have a group and a cause. You can just search the words “World Race” and find them, or I can give you a link, too. We’re really trying to get a lot of people to rally around the cause. It’s a form of brand marketing – getting people familiar with the name “World Race” as something that is legitimate and credible. You can only invite 20 people to join a cause per day, so I really need your help with this.
Myspace – www.myspace.com/theworldrace. I will gladly give you the password to this account if you have some free time to dedicate to sending out friend requests to the masses.
Xanga – www.xanga.com/theworldrace. Same as myspace; I’m looking for someone to post daily blogs on here, just copying and pasting from www.theworldrace.org. You can even post your favorite stories from this past year. Just another way to tell the story (we’ve gotten several QAs from it already).
