Some of you may have heard by now that there was a shooting at a YWAM
base in Arvada, Colorado (Denver area), about 12:30am. Two people were
killed and two more wounded. We just received a call from one of our
church elders whose 2 children are attending programs at New Life
Church in Colorado Springs. His daughter called to let him know there
has also just now been a shooting at New Life Church. There is no news
posted yet, but apparently it happened this morning while she was in
the parking lot. Please pray for all these people and the church and
base. This is hitting me a lot closer to home for me than the other
recent shooters due to the fact that two people I love are there.
Please also keep our elder’s family in your prayers. Greg and Julie,
Jed and Jessie who are at New Life, and Joanna and Jill Smith.
