We still need treasurers for Teams 4 and 5 – math skills are helpful, but attention to detail is most important. The job entails keeping track of receipts for the team and turning them in to AIM. The treasurer is responsible for team cash and for monitoring the expenses to stay within the budget.
The treasurer will need to open a bank account for the race. If you are interested, please e-mail [email protected] and we will give you more information on the responsibilities and expectations. We will provide training for the Treasurers in Fort Lauderdale [treasurers should arrive by 9 a.m. at the Fort Lauderdale airport].
We really need one team member from Team 4 and one from Team 5 to step up to the plate this week and take on this position.
